1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LearnSwedishFast.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LearnSwedishFast provides an interactive language-learning game for Swedish vocabulary acquisition. The Service includes a free tier (browser-based progress). A paid one-time word pack is planned but not yet available.

3. Free Tier

The free tier requires no account creation. Progress is stored in your browser's local storage. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser cache clearing, device changes, or browser updates. The free tier includes full access to the word database and game mechanics.

4. Paid Products

Paid products are not yet available, and nothing on the Service is currently billed. The planned first product is a one-time word pack, which is not yet open. These terms will be updated when paid products open.

If you buy from us as a consumer, you keep the rights you have under Swedish consumer law, including any right of withdrawal and any remedies for defective digital content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the word database for commercial use
Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the game or artificially inflate scores
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on LearnSwedishFast, including but not limited to the game design, code, word database, and visual assets, is owned by LearnSwedishFast or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of language proficiency. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and supplemental study.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnSwedishFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
